REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At EverStride Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition;

  • Be unused and unworn;

  • Include the original packaging whenever possible;

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

  • Your full name;

  • Order number;

  • Reason for the return;

  • Photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect).

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item.

Please do not send products back without receiving return authorization.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received;

  • The product arrived damaged;

  • The product is defective.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

  • A replacement;

  • A refund; or

  • Store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and health reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or worn products;

  • Products damaged through misuse;

  • Gift cards;

  • Digital products or downloadable content;

  • Clearance or final sale items where permitted by law.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different product, please return the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Your financial institution may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.


Refused Deliveries

If an order is returned because:

  • An incorrect shipping address was provided;

  • Delivery attempts were unsuccessful;

  • The shipment was refused; or

  • The package was left unclaimed,

any shipping costs, return fees, or carrier charges may be deducted from the refund.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

If the package is officially confirmed as lost, we will either:

  • Send a replacement; or

  • Issue a refund.


Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

Our support team is committed to resolving customer concerns quickly and fairly.

Fraudulent or invalid chargebacks may be disputed using order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and other supporting documentation.


Return Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Refunds may be denied if returned items:

  • Show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection;

  • Are missing original components;

  • Have been altered or damaged after delivery;

  • Do not correspond to the original order; or

  • Otherwise fail to meet the requirements of this policy.
