This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through everstridestore.co.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak shopping periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.
From time to time, EverStride Store may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available on the carrier's website.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Delays
Although we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

EverStride Store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

If your order has not yet entered processing, we will make every reasonable effort to update your shipping information.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned because:

An incorrect address was provided;

Delivery attempts were unsuccessful;

The shipment was refused;

The package was left unclaimed,
additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the package to be shipped again.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost during transit, please contact us promptly.
We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
If the carrier confirms that the shipment has been lost, we will provide either:

A replacement; or

A full refund.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

A description of the issue;

Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped separately.
If this occurs, each shipment will have its own tracking number.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for shipments split by us.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped within the United States are generally not subject to import duties.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the shipping address provided during checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly or stolen after delivery, please contact both the shipping carrier and our customer support team as soon as possible.
We will gladly assist in investigating the matter whenever possible.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing.
